Leasing Information
What lease terms are available?
3,6,9 and 12 months.
What are the application and move-in fees?
The app fee is $35 and Admin fee is $100 Move in fees depends on Move in date.
What are the monthly fees in addition to rent?
Water,sewer and trash 1bed $88 2 bed $98.
What utilities do residents need to set up?
Electricity.
Is renters' insurance required?
Yes $18.95 per month if they decide to go with us.
When is rent due and how can I pay?
Rent is due on the 1st of each month, they can pay online.
What are the credit and income qualifications?
Income qualifications is 2.5 times the amount of rent per month.
Can I break my lease if I receive a job transfer?
We have a lease termination fee of 60 day rent.
Can I switch to a month-to-month lease after my first year?
Yes however the month to month fee is $500.
Is there a guest policy?
They may stay for up to 7 days. For longer stays the guest must complete an application and be added to the lease as a resident at Vintage at 50th.
Do you offer furnished apartments?
No furnished apartments at this community.
Is subletting allowed?
Subletting is not permitted at this community.

Management retains access for emergency situations regardless of lock upgrades.

Parking is available for both residents and guests.

First come first served parking is available for both cars and motorcycles.

Work orders can be submitted through the online resident portal or by calling the leasing office.
How are packages handled?
All packages are encouraged to be dropped off at residents front doors.
